Making a referral to Pathway is easy. If you are a counselor, interventionist, family member or friend trying to help a young person into treatment, start with a call to 877-921-4050 and one of our intake staff will help guide the process.
For local Phoenix area referrals
A free evaluation can be scheduled immediately
If needed, an intervention can be scheduled
Evaluation and intervention services are available in our Gilbert and Phoenix, Arizona locations
Following an evaluation, if appropriate intake can be completed immediately (depending on availability)
For referrals outside of the Phoenix area
An intake coordinator will conduct an initial evaluation by phone
Intake can be scheduled prior to arrival
If needed, intervention can be arranged
Referring professionals can rely on Pathway to take your client’s needs and recovery as seriously as you do. We will collaborate with you to create a highly individualized recovery plan and ensure your client’s needs are met.
The Pathway Program has locations in Phoenix and Gilbert Arizona. Our services are easily accessible from Scottsdale, Phoenix, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, Glendale and Peoria.
