Substance Abuse Counselors

Pathway’s experienced professional staff is comprised of enthusiastic and skilled substance abuse counselors. Our staff members have many years of experience in substance abuse counseling and are highly effective in working with youth substance abusers.

Like all facets of The Pathway Program, our hiring standards are set high. We are proud of the success of our adolescent treatment programs, and having the right people who can communicate well with young people is key to this success. Staff members must display professionalism, a passion for helping people find recovery and the ability to create an environment for teen drug abusers that is both therapeutic and fun. To create this experience it is vital that staff members model a positive lifestyle.
